USL Naples Officially Signs Apparel Deal with Danish Sportswear Brand hummel

(Collier County, FL – April 30, 2024) USL Naples is pleased to announce its newly signed deal with Danish apparel company hummel to become the club’s inaugural, official on- and off-field kit partner. hummel will provide USL Naples inaugural home, away, and alternate kits, as well as training gear, travel wear, and select retail options.

Naples was awarded one of four expansion franchises by the United Soccer League (USL) in January of 2024, bringing the first professional soccer team to the city. Since the launch announcement, USL Naples’ leadership team has been connecting with local fans, non-profit organizations, and businesses. With a countdown of 10 more months until the USL Naples season kick-off at the Paradise Coast Sports Complex, the team’s leadership is expected to announce a new head coach, sporting director, and team tryouts this summer.

The Federación Puertorriqueña de Fútbol / Puerto Rican Football Federation (FPF) and iconic sportswear brand hummel are proud to announce a new multiyear partnership that will see the FPF’s national teams at all levels wearing hummel jerseys, training gear, and off-field apparel. This partnership was facilitated by the commercial agency of the FPF, O Street Consulting (OSC), which helped secure and negotiate this agreement.

 

The sporting results achieved in recent years by both the youth and senior national teams, in both the men's and women's categories, at tournaments organized by CONCACAF and FIFA, have attracted interest from globally recognized companies like hummel. Regarding this new partnership, the president of the FPF, Iván Rivera, said the following:

The four uniforms designed for the "Huracán Azul" have different inspirations and meanings:

Founded in 1940, the Puerto Rican Football Federation is currently experiencing a renewed presence which is will contribute to its history, thanks to its recent important achievements at both CONCACAF and FIFA tournaments. The FPF currently has more than 15,000 players under registration in both junior and adult categories, which is reflected in the work of the national teams at the international level.
